Healthier Cakes for 2017

We all try and start the new year a little better, eating healthier, exercising more… Well, it allows us to be a guilt free when we treat ourselves doesn’t it?

With this in mind we have been working on changing some of our methods with a new range of healthier cakes by using alternative sweeteners like maple syrup and honey, changing some of our flours to using spelt and wholemeal, adding some wholesome ingredients like nuts, seeds and fruit.

Our Healthier Cakes:

Sticky Ginger, Pomegranate and Pistachio (above)

Honey and Walnut

Fig and Dark Chocolate Loaf (it’s the healthier chocolate…right??)

Hazelnut and Blueberry

Tropical Mango, Coconut and Banana Loaf
