Cupcakes for Christmas is for those who like to be a bit creative for a friend or family member. By the end of this course you will have decorated 6 of your own cupcakes in a fun festive style.

Level: Beginner *

Time: 1pm – 4pm

Venue: Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre, Vanguard Way, Shrewsbury, SY1 3TG

All materials and equipment will be provided, just bring yourself and an apron!

During this course you will recieve 6 cupcakes, and the recipe should you wish to bake your own when you get home. You will have a demonstration showing you how to apply butter icing and how to ice perfectly using fondant. You will be shown how to use colouring effectively and how to decorate your cupcakes using various designs including: Fondant faces, beautiful bows, polka dots, snow flakes, Christmas trees and baubles!
