Welcome to our cupcake and cake courses.
Crumblicious courses teach you the culinary skills and knowledge to create gorgeous cakes and cupcakes you will be proud to take home and show off to your friends and family. Once you have got the baking ‘bug’ you will be wanting come again and again until you have mastered all there is to know!
So why do a cupcake or cake course? Have you perfected baking but can’t achieve a great finish? We cover baking and decorating, with the skills you will gain from a Crumblicious course will give you the confidence to make them as a treat for a friend or for any special family occasion.
We offer courses across the west midlands and the north west, with venues in Telford, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Chester and Runcorn! Our full day courses run from 10.30am until 4.30pm include refreshments, lunch and a free gift! The Half day courses last a minimum of 3 hours and include tea and coffee. Materials and equipment are provided on all courses.
We have a maximum of 8 students on our courses. Having taught in colleges previously where numbers are much higher, your experienced and qualified tutor, Claire, will only teach small groups to ensure that you are provided with detailed demonstrations, 1:1 support when needed and on hand advice should you have any questions. You will also be provided with a valuable information pack including recipes and recommended suppliers.
We also have two facebook pages, Crumblicious, where you will find new courses details, dates and venues. Enter our weekly competition and visit our student gallery! The second is Help me Cupcake, on here you can post all your baking and decorating questions and quires, share your experiences with others and join those who would like a bit of help every now and then!
