Christmas Celebration Cake is for those who would love to make there own Christmas cake but have never had the confidence to have a go! Upon booking you will recieve my quick Christmas cake recipe which will not break the bank. Then on the course night you will be shown how to apply mazipan correctly, and then how to ice perfectly using fondant. You will have a demonstration on decorating, then it will be time to let your creative side loose! By the end of this course you will have decorated your very own Christmas cake in a fun festive style.

Level: Beginner *

Time: 7pm – 9.30pm

Venue: Monkhouse Granary, Broadoak, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY4 3HP (just past the Albright Hussey coming from Shrewsbury)

All materials and equipment will be provided, just bring yourself, your cake and an apron!
